Hard Drives: 1TB S-ATAII 3.0Gb/s
Optical Drive: 22x DVDRW DL S-ATA
Graphics card: 2 x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB
Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio
Internet: Wireless 802.11N 300Mbps MIMO PCI card
Would it run WOW Smoothly and be able to record with camtasia?

Yes it can.
You can change the video settings and general settings to run your pc.
I mean i can run wow on my laptop with terrible ram.

WoW doesn't take much to run smoothly. Your computer can run it perfectly.

My old dell had a 40gb hard drive,onboard graphics 512mb ram but i upgraded to 1gb and it ran it smoothly so yeah i think youll be just fine ;)
