I have been trying alot of ways to get the disk spinning fast so I can hotswap but I cannot find it has any1 have any ideas

Go to install game, and when it says "Select Save Device", hotswap. Simple

1.Put WaW in and press X on it to view the game details
2.Hover over Install Game
3.Hotswap

Then I'm guessing you can Install it from there or just play it, whatever you want to do!

Right I cannot get it installing everytime I expose the laser from disc the disc stops moving and the person below what are you using

Well the method you provided don't work for others so you must using a older Xbox or sumert

that method was blocked buy the new dashboard update
