I Don't host for free.
So here's the prices.

10th lobby = 1 month of xbox live gold or 400 microsoft points
all achievements = 1 month of xbox live gold or 400 microsoft points
modded zombies (without mod menu) = 48 hour trial
modded zombies (with mod menu) = 1 month of xbox live gold or 400 microsoft points

1 month of xbox live gold or 400 microsoft points will get you everything.
and you only have to pay once,
i can host whenever as long as i have a working copy of waw.
