Ok so if I mod forza right now, what would be the limit so i wont get banned. Im just makin sure I really dont wanna get banned.

go to like 600,000,000,000 thats plenty and just do it again when you run out

I mod mine to 999,999,999. some say you get banned, some don't. I have never been banned off Forza for modding my Cr's. Maybe i'm lucky, who knows? Up to you what amount you mod just don't be buying cars for your friends on the auction house for lots of money.
