so i seen on youtube where there was a way to unban an account and be able to do a liscense transfer off the account but this was before the latest dashboard update, does anyone know if there is a way to do this same thing with the newest dashboard, i will + rep the little rep i have to anyone that can help

No, i do not believe so. Really sorry, plus lisecnese tranfer might get your console banned anyways

There is no way to unban a account as of now
and for the last "sign in a banned account" glitch that no longer works
