Well yesterday i was playing my xbox on my 32inch tv had it for about 3 years and suddenlly the screen goes black and then cuts out and it wont show any picture !

Sound's like you need a new TV...

Mine done the same...
If your TV comes on but doesn't show any picture, your Motherboard is probably overheated due to getting to hot or an Electrical overload.
To be honest, if it's an expensive TV the people that repair the TV will charge just as much as it costs you to buy a new one. If I'm right and the motherboard is fxcked, I'd suggest getting a new TV while the sales are still on.
