2. click log in
3. click forgot password
4. type in username you used
5. says enter email enter 2 emails u think would work if not then you will get a ton of questions about account you can enter then and send an appeal for your account

Yes what you need to do is email jagex saying that you forgot your email you put on your account. Say here are the 2 emails i think would be on the account.
I have other ways but it would take 2 long to type do you have skype?
