Go to theatre watch one of your most recent vids.

Watch the whole thing.

When its over hover over quit.

Then turn of your xbox and pres quit at the same time.

When your ban is up you should be the same rank as you were in the video.

In other words, for people that didnt understand read again bellow ///

]1. You see you are banned go into theater/Vault and look at your recent games.
2. Click the most recent vid. Reason : Because the rank you are in the video is what rank you will be after you ban has been lifted.
3. *IMPORTANT* Watch the whole video until when its over its frozen.
4. Then you hit start and scroll down and hover over quit.
5. Now this is the most crucial part. Go to your xbox and while you are hovering over quit turn of your xbox, and hit quit at the exact same time maybe a little after you turned your xbox of But not alot.
6. Dont go back on mw3 until you know your ban is up. Then when you go back on your level will be the same level as you were in the video.
