i just need to clarify if this is possible cus i have 3 xboxes with the 9199 dashboard and there unbanned and was thinking about getting the kv's and selling them.

You jtag it, and boot it up via the eject button

Im sorry you cant
you have to actually jtag the xbox to run xell to get the cpu key
so when you have a nand and its ask for your cpu key thats how you extract it.
So you have to have a jtaggable or a jtagged xbox to extract a kv
any more questions?
