You must have 2 accounts that can access xbox live to do this.

Get the account that has been banned and make sure he isn't signed in. Sign into the account that isn't banned and load up the game. Do everything you normally would do and go onto xbox live (make sure your banned acocunt is not online). Once you are online with the unbanned account, grab your second controller and sign in with the banned account. Now sign out with the unbanned account and you can play online. Gratz... I was the first to find this and take ownership.
