I was playing the campaign for intel. I got every last one but it says I have 45/46 and I checked and saw that I had all intel and 100% campaign progress. Please help! I only need 4 more achievements after this one until 100%.

Some levels have more Intel than what it says when you press the start button. Watch this video carefully;

It didn't help... I have the MW3 strategy guide and I used that to get the intel. If there's one not in the book, someone please tell me.
