When ever I buy a car in the action house. The paint and stuff is locked. Is there a way to sell cars with a locked paint job?
Or what? Please help!

i not sure but i think that it automaticly dose that its so stop us modders doing stuff

if you buy a car from the auction house and it has a tune or a custom paint on it you will not be able to resell the car or even gift the car without removing the customization on it.same goes if you buy designs or buy tunes from the storefront and apply them to your car you will not be allowed to auction or gift either without removing them.unless you buy stuff from the storefront unlocked,,but the price is a lot higher and it ends up being gifted to you.

How do you know if it is unlocked before you buy it?

from the auction house?if you buy car from the auction house the designs are always locked.same goes if you buy from the storefront.the only way to get a design or tune unlocked is to message the player and ask if they will sell it unlocked.
