you could become a werewolf the quests go very quickly and being a werewolf doesn't have any downsides, if you want to become a werewolf just go to witerun and join the companions fraction

their is a mini quest go to a inn talk to the bartender and ask about rumors they should say some thing about folitle or something like that go do that an poof no more vamp (save before you start the quest it is know to glitch up ALOT)

depends how long you have been a vampire, if you have a save where you were infected within 24/48 in-game hours then just go to a shrine an activate it and that should cure it, if you for some reason can't find one(there is one in whiterun next to the skyforge) then you can use a cure disease potion and you should be fine.

if the above fails, that means you have been infected for to long and have began to be a stage 1 vampire(I don't know if that is correct?) and I think you have to feed on people(dont know if this is correct either, or how many sorry) and then you use a cure disease or go to a shrine.
