Yeah guys.. Dont flame as this is my first post as i am a lurker, not a poster.
Basically i was doing some tcable mods earlier on and i put my hdd back into my xbox and my profile has disappeared. Then when i go to recover it, it says make sure your hdd is in correctly and there is enough free space left on the hard drive.
I've asked around and this happened to a mate of mine and he says that my profile is corrupted. Thing is.. The only reason his worked again is because he had a backup. I dont. Is there anything else i can do? or am i ****?

is it still on ur comp if it is try putting back in the hdd, and if not recovering should work fine i dont know why its giving u problems

delete it off your hardrive on your xbox and recover again =)

well this hapend to me 1 time and i had no backup so i went bak and undid all of the mods i did on my profile n then it worked again

Here's some Helpful Tips!.

1. Delete it off your HDD and Recover it again.
2. Take the Console ID and a Profile ID From a Game you have play'ed and put them into your Profile Box Then Recover and Resign, Place your Profile into Xport.

I hope this Help's your Problem!. 8)

get a new hdd and recover it onto that or recover it at a friends house ansd theb put it onto a flash drive. hope this helped

Just rang MS and made up some BS and they told me just to format my HDD. Which meant i just have to format my hdd, recover profile then redownload all the stuff i had before like map packs :/
