Shi No Numa: If you go prone near the leaches on the floor and hold 'Reload' you'll hear a squirming sound. I'm sure there's more sounds there but that's the only one I've found.

Verruckt: 1: Go by the dentists chair and press 'Reload' you will hear a chainsaw or some kind of painful weapon then a man scream. 2: Crouch by the morgue or cabinets and you'll hear a women crying. If it doesn't work hold 'Reload' I'm not positive if you have to hold it on that one. 3: Go by one of the toilets and hold 'Reload' and it will flush. Flush three times in a row for Nacht Der Untoten song with lyrics.

This is an easter egg not a glitch.

We already new about the ones on Verruckt but i didn't know about the one on Shi No Numa. Moved also.

The verruckt one actually helps alot to the storyline of nazi zombies itself, the fact that it proves they did undergo experiments etc.
