I've almost got my dummy account level 80. So is it still possible?

no its not i got -60 and not banned just did it and got all classes and 3days of 2X xp

im pretty sure it is not patched, leave it to iw to ban before they can even fix a flaw in the game

Activison is on "Winter break" and They are returning the 14th.

When the 14th comes I suspect the glitch will be patched.

Stop Assuming "oh The TU is done" incorrect.

It just takes time before they can push out TU's.

All Im going to say is "I know People" also Get hip with twitter

Special Departments and Out of the 3 Company's Have Different Dates, Times, and things they are able to do.
