So I'm starting work on a new web app and finished (pretty much) the welcome page's mock design. I'm now converting this to code but thought I'd share it and get some feedback first. Thanks

No. If you actually bothered to read the post, you would know that this is for a web app. It is not a template.

I'll be hand coding it using HTML5, CSS3 and 'Vanilla' JavaScript for the front-end and the CodeIgniter PHP framework connected to a MySQL database for the backend.
