ok so i try to get on xbox and im not connected so i go try to connect, and i have wired connection, but it says that my wire is not connected to my routor or console but i checked and my wire was connected and i cant test my connection because it says that there is no wire conected. if you have a solution to this problem will you please share it with me so i can connect to xbox live.
