Well, nobody is just going to download a file without knowledge of what it is, what's in it, and if it is safe. If you could, list the mods, or why its "uber" and show a virus scan.

yes it is completely safe i use this gamesave myself. it's been a while since I have opened this save but i know all skills are maxed your carrying capacity is pass maxed, you have lots and lots of gold, and you have developer shouts and all other shout dragon souls are already there to be used to unlock them. all magic even spells not released. oh and you do have the shout that alduin uses to make flaming rocks fall from the sky, no clue what it's called but yeah you have it. So pretty much you're god of skyrim. Now go have fun and please ask me if you need any help finding stuff.

Having saves like this ruin the whole point of the game, It's fine if it's modded abit.. Like a bit more health/magicka/stamina or whatever.. And the All spells and shouts will bug out you're game sooner or later.

I have about 4 uber saves, for when Im tired and cant sleep, just to relax on, and jump off mountains mwaaahhh!!!

that's what the save is for goof off and not be held accountable kill anyone idc just have fun on it
