So, i opened up my old fat xbox's hdd, and put it into the slim (120gb) and i took out the 250gig hdd, cuz TBH i dont need one that big, and it would be of much better use in my laptop, because its only 100gig now. So when i try to format it it says it hasnt been initialized. so i to go initialize it and it says "media is write protected" so I cant format it at all... paperweight FTW! OT: is there any ways to do this? i have searched online a little bit and no solutions have worked
