When the Fenix Rising DLC comes out there will be some new achievements.
One of them is called "I've Done it All!"
All you have to do is earn at least one of each of the original 132 combat ribbons.
I was looking online for a guide because I needed 3 more ribbons and I found a great guide for all the ribbons.
