What if your disk tray was messed up and you had to clean the laser or something? They wouldn't ban you.

If you go on xbox.com and there is section why you got banned all they need is your serial number from the back of xbox.

Ah, there you go, the account was stolen and sold to you, the person reports his account as stolen and your xbox pops up as having it, therefore they console ban you.

MSP accounts are charged up using stolen cards/accounts and sold on. anyone who used that account gets their console banned.

yeah you were banned for the MSP account you got but the case isnt a waste, if u buy a new xbox you can still use the case just take it of and put it on the new one
