So everyone knows the the MOAB is very hard to acquire so ive made this post to make things seem more simpler and easier to a MOAB and hopefully lead you to get your first or maybe second MOAB!, Enjoy!
The class set up's:
Primary: MP7 - Attachments - Rapid fire, suppressor
Secondary: FMG9 - Akimbo
Lethal: Semtex
Tactical: Portable radar
Perks: Sleight of hand PRO - Hardline PRO - Stalker PRO
Killstreaks: Specialist - Scavenger PRO - Blast shield PRO - Assasin PRO
The reason for the MP7 is that with rapid fire it still has no recoil and with silencer obvious reasons you cant be seen on the radar whilst shooting I also chose attachments because once you earn specialist bonus you get all of your profiencys anyway.
The PR will help you too control one area of the map and know when someone is coming but beware encase someone is wearing assasin.
FMG9 Akimbo so that at very close corners you can spray 'em down with no problem.
The perks i chose are so that with SoH if you needed to switch weapons withing the first few kills you can do it quickly or if you was to see 3 or 4 people you can reload quick and star that killstreak in a nice way, Hardline so that you get your specialist bonus 1 kill earlier and the pro so that you can the MOAB even quicker, Stalker = constant strafing and the pro means no dieing from enemy equipment.
Killstreaks: Scavenger so that you will plenty of ammo nice and early blast shield no being stunned or killed by any semtex, frag, claymore etc. Assasin that if you were on a 5/6 killstreak and enemy uav is called in it will be no problem for you at all.
Few tips:
Dont be stupid eg. run out in the open unnecessarily to get a dog tag or cap a flag the only time you should ever run out would be if you completely ran out ammo and you see a scavenger pack somewhere.
Survival is the key, If you feel it may take you a while in a game to get a 24 killstreak then be careful dont die play something like domination and stay with your teamates however if you feel more confident then go ahead play something like kill confirmed and rush that enemy teams spawn and if you were at something like 16/17 and you feel like your gonna die drop back and camp those last few kills.
Dont get nervous, Its obvious you cant stop getting nervous when close to a MOAB but just try to forget about it, dont go for it, stay calm and just play as you would otherwise once you get around that high killstreak you will die.
It took me a while to get a MOAB but now i have had 5 and it gets easier each time, trust me, also dont be afraid to use OP weapons and also if you want it that bad just get your favourite map each time for the best chance of getting it I would say dont play in a full party play with 2 or 3 people otherwise the game will be over before you know it and you wont have enough kills...
I hope this can help you get your MOAB's but most importantly have fun!
I spent quite abit of time on this topic so Please comment what you thought of this advice!

If you didnt have the MP7 I would probably recommend a gun such P90, ACR Or maybe Type 95 but its up to you but definitely use a good gun lol.
If it was a long range map maybe use the ACR or a map such as Hardhat use the p90.
