I do it, a lot.
It works for me.

Tried again last night. I sat there. And then the pressure came on my chest. I heard a soft voice. And it got closer and closer. I then opened my eyes and tried to walk towards the voice. And my legs and arms wouldn't move. I paniced and freaked out. I woke up and I went to sleep normally.

I wanna try but this scares me too much.

I was trying this one time and i started hearing voices and things like that so i just moved instantly, so scary i think.

Seriously i have done this not on purpose

I was doing like the pitcure says and in my dream i was being stabbed by some guys < I know its weird .

But i knew i was awake and i started to have something like a heart attack i was really Heavily breathing

It was scary on my be-half people can think im trolling but this has happened to me

And i didnt know it was lucid dreaming

So now i know i will hopefully try this out of pure intrest

Almost lucid dreamed the other night, i got to the point were i opened my eyes and i couldent move. I knew this was suppose to happened but i freaked out and i couldn't calm myself down and i thought i was having a heart attack and woke up it was pretty scary
