ive been trying this lately and ive been laying still for much less than 20-30 mins so that may be why ive been failing also for more tips google world of lucid dreaming its got loads fot ips and various emthods to have a lucid dream

Wow, tried this and surprisingly actually worked. With this, I actually continued a dream I had years and years ago. Was pretty sick honestly. Will try this again this weekend.
