nothing can happen?!?!?!?!? its safe you do it every night to stop you from acting out your dreams! also you dont even need to do this, this is the hardest way, go on dreamviews and check everything out.

Every time I focus in one spot when my eyes are closed. They slowly force themselves open, I can't help that. ?!?!?!?!??!???!!??!!?!??!?!

you trying to hard man, it will come just relax! try setting your alarm for 4-6 hours after you go to sleep wake up and try it then, thats when your body should be in REM and so its easy to fall straight back into a dream
