Well the background was my first creation (the smoke bit) but that looks low quality remember to save as a .png not jpeg if thats what you have done, where the black bit is remove that as that ruins the whole background so i would hide those neon stripes and then erase all the black and then let the stripes re-appear but not bad for your first try though just keep at it and you will get the hang of it in no time .
