Must be mature, and chill, just not annoying. 3. Ofcourse, you have to be somewhat decent and creative with your shots. We dont actually hold tryouts, we will have you play in our 6 man and we will look at what shots you go for and what not. We are also recruiting editors and gfx artist if you're interested in joining for that reason.
