Yes, This is true but you have to be extremely pessimistic to believe that we're the only one's with Weapons that nobody knows about, For example, Israel has been Holding off 4 countries for a century now in constant war, Granted we do give them out technology but they take our technology and make it 10x better, they took our raptor, and Abram technology and turned them into real war machines, now if a small country like this can do this, what do you think of a country like China with trillions of dollars to spare, Yes, we do have an advanced Missile Defense System on the what's Called the "underground Railroad", But the truth is unless an Entire Country is Suicidal there will never be a nuclear War. There is alot of truth to what you said, im not trying to troll, my point is our view is Biased, we have no idea what other countries are doing.
