Problem(s): Iso wont run its says cant recognize
Disk Type: dvd+r dl
Whats Happening:same as problem

Anything else: do need to flash benq drive to run iso's?

Not 100% sure but try to order a American or British copy? Not sure if it makes a difference but you never know.
Maybe you left a step out or your hot swapping wrong?
Hope I helped or gave a idea on a solution.
