if your console is banned can u recover your account on the banned console to a not banned console and it will work fine?

What he is trying to say is, his Xbox360 is banned, and he has a XBL Account on it, he wants to know if he can recover his account from his banned Xbox360 to a unbanned Xbox360. Which if they banned your account and Xbox360, then no. If they only banned you Xbox360 then yes.
