Sometimes when people really pis* me off my head goes into this phrase where everything happens so quickly and then my head feels really tight and then i seem to attack or full of have a go at that person.. I also don't seem to have a filter between my brain and my mouth and say anything i want... I really need to know how to stop this because i hate doing stuff like yoga and all that shi* and also doing the deep breathe thing or even taking a minute to calm down... all that is utter rubbish to my use

Once i start saying stuff i can't stop... Guys please take this seriously
Its causes relationshit problems and sometimes family :'(

Edit : I forgot to mention this usually happens when i'm out and away from my room
But yeah i will get a punching bag soon

Just walk away if and go chill head that anger management don't work just find something that calms you down music some people find smoking chills them out

I do this, the only thing I can do is walk away. Thats all I can say, even tho its hard you need to walk away then finish it when you are calm. Try and listen to music and if needs be punch a pillow, walls are good to tho if you know how to punch and not brake your wrist.

I was told to use this scale and check where you are.

1-3 You are ok, may be a little angry but its fine its under control
4-6 You are angry, you need to start to calm down now. Now is the time to walk away and be calm
7-9 You are in full rage, you really are about to something stupid, you have to get calm now
10 It's to late, if you are at 10 you will have already done something stupid and it is to late.

Try and always stay between 1-3, find something that calms you down and do it when you get angry.
