what is a good league to start a good team off, will rep and could you tell me whos the best players in the league ??

Seria A is a good all round league for pace and skill team

Barclays is the best to start off with, then make your way up - Brazil - Serie A - Liga BBVA.

Premier League mainly because there's tons of great players.

If you were to get Liga BBVA and you didn't have Ronaldo Or Messi your team would look a little bad, although if you have the budget for them two get a bbva.

Not really ibrahomovich and thiago silva are most expensive there both around 80k

You ca make a good team for less than 80k
The best team would be less than 200k with no IFs
