Shut the hell up you idiot. They have to speak english? They apparently have to obey to what your requirements are? I'm sure if you moved to another non english speaking country you'd still want to speak english with your family and other humans that you normally talk to you and you wouldn't want to be obliged of people there wanting you to speak full on english. Step in someone's shoes for a minute and feel what they feel. It's REALLY hard for people to learn english. One, for the fact that it is one of the most difficult and messed up languages there is.
