Add Font
Then Add Extrude Nurbs
Then on the side layers place, Drag the text into the nurbs.

Go to mograph at the top and click text at the bottom , then you can change depth etc , PM me if you need me

for older you would make text, then drag it on to an extrude nerbs

but if its a newer version you can go to mograph at the very top and click text object

and if u want all letters messed up like some people do hover over the text object and hit c on your keyboard then u can move all the ;letters individualy
