If I use an app like openbackup and then restore to take it to the apple store should something go wrong with it, but I restored from a backup (but still unjailbroken) will they be able to detect the files on there?

U have to be jailbroken to use jailbroken apps and twaeaks

Yes, but if I restore it still puts the files on there, it uses them when the app is installed which requires a jailbreak
I'm asking if the files themselves can be detectable.
