Its really not that hard. Just search tutorials on youtube on how to assemble the parts together.

custom build. but buy a cheap computer and upgrade it with better ram and video card, you can make a great computer for $500.

If you don't trust yourself to custom build it, try finding a store that has a custom assembly service
