Few things, firstly using capitals for file names and directory's is bad practice and should be avoided. Secondly, I would always use a local ftp client program such as "FileZila". Lastly, this is really basic, does not cover things such as paid hosting, cPannel, permissions, security etc.
However, as a basic tut it is not bad and should help some people.
