1. - Create a new profile and When you get to S.P.E.C.I.A.L do the following...

- Strength: 6
- Perception: 6
- Endurance: 5
- Charisma: 5
- Intelligence: 6
- Agility: 6
- Luck: 6

You will be able to change these later.

2. - Continue to make you account. When you select, what your good skills are, make sure, you select Barter so it is higher than 25.
3. - Talk to Sunny Smiles. When she asks, if you would like to continue the quest, select yes or no, depending on if you want to.
4. - When you are done, go to the saloon and talk to Joe Cobb. Tell him you want to help kill Ringo. Follow him outside and talk to him when he stops walking.
5. - Tell him, you want to take over the town, and that you will kill Ringo.
6. - Kill Ringo, and return to Joe Cobb. Tell him you will collect items from Chet.
7. - Kill Joe Cobb and all the powder gangers. Then enter the General store.

This is the actual glitch.

Say you want him to donate to the Powder gangers. Then select the Barter option. He will give you 30 9mm rounds, leather armor, and XP. The options never disappear so repeat over and over again until level 30.

BE CAREFUL WHEN SELECTING YOUR PERKS !

The perks you choose between level 2 and 4 you will loose.
When you select your perks, if there is a "Swift Learner" one available, choose it. When you are done leveling, leave goodsprings.

(LEVEL CAP IS 30 OR WITH ADD-ONS 50)

Select edit character and change your stats to whatever you want. You will go back to level one when complete.

DO NOT PANIC !

You keep the perks you selected and immediately gain all the XP back and become level 30. This allows you to get double the perks.
