Once a game is released, the guns it comes with will be the only guns you will have.

This can actually be avoided very easily,they would release the weapon dlc. Then when you search for games it only puts you in games where other people have the dlc. It's what they do for the map packs and would work for this. If you wanted to play with someone without the dlc it would be disabled.

So they release the Intervention and they make an extra playlist just for a gun? I don't think so because they're too lazy. The only way they would release a new weapon is it would have to be free for everybody to download and everybody knows that Activision would never miss a chance for more money.

No I meant after you buy a map pack and you select team deathmatch,you only play with people who have that dlc. I didn't mean make a new playlist.
