for me weed is a no-no when getting inked. i have a full sleeve that took 20+ hrs and we're still not finished. it allows you to zone out momentarily but than you focus on the needle digging in, the gun bogging down when he's digging a little harder, the sensitive baby skin that feels like your arm is on fire....lol

let the artist draw it, dont draw it yourself unless you are a tatoo artist. they know what works best with skin and what not. if i was to choose the two ideas you have i'd go with the angel. the one with praying is like the bad guy on charlies angels if i remeber right, shamus was it?

If thats the case then why represent something that is an apparent obsticle you must pass to be a better person? my suggestion to you is focus less on tattoos and other things that will make you out to be a thug,and more on text-books so your future children dont face the same child-hood that you have.
