1. go to the tool bar in the right hand cornor at the top right
2. go to history
3. go to edit items and hit clear all browsing data
4. uncheck every thing except delte cookies and click from beginning of time
5. and delete cookies and then try it agaain and it should work because i called microsoft and they told me to do that hope this helped

yea becuase i called microsoft and the girl said to do that and i called like a week ago and it has been worming since then

I did what you said but i just ticked everything cleared it all tried to go on microsoft and it still says "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

omg!! Same here Try another web Browser then it should work
