If you play MW3, on the PC, please read on, rep will be rewarded.

One simple question:

What settings do I use on Fraps + on MW3 (Aspect ratio, then the vegas crop etc...) for a full gameplay?

My screen resolution on my monitor is 1280x768.

Any help's appreciated.
