SOPA, that has just been dropped, would use DNS filtering. This would prevent form accessing websites unless you have the IP address, providing they're still online.

This stores your list of IP's like a bookmark manager. It's pointless now, but may be useful for something.

Cool tool, but just as a general warning, this would only protect against SOPA, the protect IP act would eliminate its usefulness as it would require ISPs to block the IPs of blacklisted sites. Just a heads up

Yeah but from what I heard PIPA is done, SOPA just got shelved.

Either a new bill will come up or they will just do it anyways like they did for Megaupload, so either way it's a valuable tool to have stuffed in your pocket in preparation! Good build! Now lets see a proxy to get around the Protect IP act ;)
