just wondering if the points earned from people picking up your ballistic vests add to your score on the scoreboard at the end of the game like the tags with the recon drone...thanks!

No, when your teammates pick up your vests, you just get Exp. When you tag people with the recon drone, you get assists when your teammates kill the people that you tagged.
