This is rather old and it is not a glitch, as posted on the first page, someone mentioned that the match bonus displayed at the end of a game is not all of it, he is correct. The match bonus displayed at the end of a game is based off your level, hence why after recently prestiging and you are a low level, you are displayed with such a little amount of match bonus just before you are sent to the pre-game lobby, whereas if you were a higher level, you will be displayed with much, much more. In short, not a glitch, it just shows your level dependant match bonus (Incomplete match bonus).
