I don't know if this has been posted before but I figured out a real quick way to level up my enchanting, which is really good if you want to dual enchant something you made, my smithing, and get lots of gold all at the same time!!

Step 1:

Make a lot of iron daggers.
I prefer Riften but Whiterun works too. You need to get leather/leather strips and iron ore/ iron ingots.
There are plenty of tutorials on how to do this, but all you need is one leather strip and iron ingot and you can make an iron dagger. Make like 20-30 at a time.

Step 2:

Enchanting.
The enchantment you're going to want is the "Banish" Enchantment. You get this by destroying any weapon that says "all summoned deadra up to level _ (its always a different level) are sent back to oblivion" Or something like that. Get that enchantment.
Next thing you need is plenty of soul gems. There are places you can buy soul gems but I got all mine by doing the invisible chest over by dawnstar glitch.
So just start enchanting those iron daggers with "Banish" and that levels up your enchanting.

Step 3:

Selling.
Each iron dagger is now worth 1000 gold+ depending on the sould gem, etc. So just go somewhere and start selling the daggers, wait 48 hours for the shopkeeper to get more money and sell him more. Since they are worth so much this raises your speech and you are getting gold! Now just repeat from step one and you're making money and leveling stats.

Enjoy and let me know if this helps anyone! thanks.
