Well then i guess we cant help but i still dont understand why an ingame glitch got him banned from xboxlive entirely and even if it wasn't the glitch you should still call

Calling about band isn't even a option.
They will just tell u to go post on the xbox forums.
And he probably had previous suspensions (2 day, 1week, then perm).
Or got wrongfully banned.
Either way, a supervisor admitted I was wrongfully banned.
Said there was nothing he could do tho,
To which posing on forums did nothing for me either.
