i know peole have posted this before but i forget how to fix it please tell me when i play a patch it says unreadable disc

You're booting 'default_mp' and it says disc unreadable?

try changing patches or something ir wrong with the file size

Try replacing the default_mp file with a new one.. Maybe it got corrupted.
