By reset glitch you mean what. Stopping the fans so it overheats and resets the console? If so then no it does not fix it. It can work for a period of time such as a day but it will just e-74 again

Doing a modification to anything most of the time it will not fix existing problems. You will have to get it fix before you can continue.

If you replace the Nand/HANA chip, yes, otherwise no

Usually when a consoles receives the E-74 error it means that the GPU is dying.

Of course a reflow will fix it for a small period of time but once you receive the E-74 error the only true fix is to replace the GPU.

E74: I/O Hardware Error - HSIO related, could be crc error, or many things: There is high chance it's a scaler chip problem (the "ANA" or "HANA" chip near the AV cable connection) it can also be caused by a faulty AV cable. In rare cases it is a problem with the GPU.

e74 in my past experiences has ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS

been a gpu problem, you can reflow the gpu, but in most instances the gpu is going bad, and this will only be a temporary fix
